The study of hydration status and complex symptoms in advanced cancer using bioelectrical impedance vector analysis (BIVA)

Aims:

This research aims to improve our understanding of how ‘body water’ affects symptoms and comfort in people with cancer who are very ill. This will help doctors and nurses to provide better care for their patients, as they will know which symptoms are the most important to patients and their family.

Recruitment:

This study is now closed to recruitment.

Results:

Results will be updated as data is analysed.
