How can technology be used to support communication in palliative care beyond the COVID-19 pandemic?

Aims:
This important research will examine how technology can be used better to support patients and caregivers who are receiving palliative care services. The COVID19 pandemic has highlighted how healthcare professionals can use technology to support communication in many different ways.

The aim of this research is to carry out a survey of healthcare professionals to find out how technology has been used to support communication in palliative care during the COVID19 pandemic. This will help to identify barriers to adoption of this technology, which will help organisations to understand how to best use these technologies to support palliative care.
